Stitching In Colour

Stitching In Colour is a creative group program run by Pole Practice aimed to empower individuals through the art of stitching and creative expression. It is exclusively for Bla(c)k, First Nation and People of Colour. It is also an LGBTQIA+ friendly space.

The program provides a supportive space for participants to explore their creativity, connect with others, and develop valuable skills. The program's core revolves around interactive stitching workshops led by Pola Practices’ mental health clinicians. Participants learn various stitching techniques, fabric manipulation, and design principles. These workshops cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced stitchers.
