Emma is a Psychologist of Croatian heritage with a specialization in working in forensic settings and collaborating with allies. With years of experience in these areas, she has developed a profound understanding of the complexities and challenges of human behavior. Emma is deeply aware of her own privileges and the responsibility that comes with them. She is committed to actively supporting marginalized communities and believes that individuals with privilege should play a crucial role in this effort. By specializing in forensic settings and working with allies, Emma strives to ensure that marginalized communities do not bear the burden alone.

Emma's passion lies in collaborating with allies to explore strategies for addressing their own privilege, navigating their presence in different spaces and relationships, and fostering environments that are inclusive and safe for individuals who face marginalization. Her expertise is particularly valuable for individuals who seek to support racially, gendered, queer and neurodiverse populations. 

In her therapeutic practice, Emma is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed care. She places great importance on establishing a safe and supportive environment that encourages individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences without fear of judgment.

Emma's therapeutic approach is diverse, as she tailors her methods to meet the unique needs of her clients, leading to positive outcomes and long-term success. She draws from a range of approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based approaches.
