Pola Practice is dedicated to working with community members and community-based organisations and services to increase mental health literacy and culturally responsive practice.

 We intentionally create workshops, debriefing and mentoring opportunities. As well as collaborating with tertiary institutions in research and student placements and media organisations in normalising mental health discourse.
